While we're on the way, shutting off the water can save thousands in damage. Single fixture (toilet, sink): turn the shutoff valve below it clockwise. Water heater: shut the cold supply valve on top of the tank. Whole house: find your main shutoff (often at the meter or where the line enters) and turn it off. Shut off the water, at the fixture if it's localized, or at the main if it's widespread, then call us. For a gas smell, leave the home first and call from outside.
We're open Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM, and closed weekends. We don't offer overnight or weekend service, but we prioritize emergency calls during business hours for the fastest same-day response we can. If something happens after hours, shut off your water at the main and call us first thing.
