Jon & Traci Miller

Jon Miller is a City of Omaha Master Plumber and holds Nebraska's Grade VI Water Operator License, the state's top classification for operating and overseeing large-scale public water systems. He has worked as a licensed plumber since 1993 and has led the technical side of JTM Plumbing & Drain in Gretna and Omaha since co-founding the company with his wife, Traci, in 2004.

Jon's hands-on experience covers drain and sewer service, water heater installation and repair, gas line work, water treatment and softening, and backflow prevention and testing. His best-known project outside residential service is the plumbing infrastructure for the African Grasslands elephant habitat at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, a life-support water system JTM's small, non-union shop won over larger commercial contractors.

Traci Miller co-owns JTM Plumbing & Drain and runs the day-to-day operations that have kept the company family-owned and locally trusted for two decades.
